International Orders For orders valued over certain thresholds (e.g., $800 in some jurisdictions), customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST are the responsibility of the buyer. You agree to pay any such fees upon delivery if required.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier, except as required by law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is defective or we made an error).
Certain categories are non-returnable: lingerie/intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty products, face masks, and wholesale orders.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not meeting our criteria.
