Kavian Store Return and Refund Policy

At Kavian Store, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website [www.kavianstore.com]. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Return Conditions

Kavian Store accepts returns of unworn clothing items provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be completely unworn and unused.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • The item must be in its original condition with no signs of use, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks.

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Only returns for refund are accepted.

Return Window: You must initiate your return request within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (according to the tracking information). The returned item must then be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request.

For split shipments (orders delivered in multiple packages), the 7-day window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances (except for defective items covered by UK consumer law):

  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates / Lingerie / Underwear
  • Jewelry and body accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Open pack items
  • Wholesale / Bulk orders

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our shipping error or a defective/damaged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
  • Original shipping and handling fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fee and Inspection

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions above (unworn, original tags, proper packaging) are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
  • All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our team upon receipt.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the package.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email at kavian.store@proton.me within the 7-day window.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (including tags and packaging)
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item to the address below:

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Once processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • Shipping fees, customs duties (if any), and any promotional discounts may affect the final refund amount.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kavian.store@proton.me with clear photos and your order number. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).

8. UK Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to return faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

14-Day Cooling-off Period (Right to Cancel): For most online purchases, you have a 14-day period to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalized goods, sealed personal care products, or underwear/swimwear for hygiene reasons.

9. Changes to This Policy

Kavian Store reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
