2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

3. Ordering and Purchasing

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including errors in product description, pricing, or availability.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the full amount including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1–3 business days on average. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier availability.

Approximate shipping times (business days, after processing):

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 days
  • Europe: 8–16 days
  • United States, Canada, Australia, Japan: 7–14 days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 days

These times are estimates only. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or public holidays are outside our control. We provide tracking numbers where available.

International Orders For orders valued over certain thresholds (e.g., $800 in some jurisdictions), customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST are the responsibility of the buyer. You agree to pay any such fees upon delivery if required.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier, except as required by law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the item is defective or we made an error).
  • Certain categories are non-returnable: lingerie/intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty products, face masks, and wholesale orders.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not meeting our criteria.

UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellation Right (Cooling-off Period) For most online purchases in the UK and EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason. This does not apply to personalized items, sealed personal care products, or other exceptions under applicable law.

6. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colors, textures, and measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing or screen differences. All information is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Kavian Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By posting reviews, comments, or user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify such content.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
